RETURNS & INFORMATION
RETURN POLICY
All sales final. We accept returns when a product shows factory defects or if you were sent a color/size different from what you ordered, in exchange for the correct item. Item must be sent back in original, unworn condition. In the event that we are sold out, we will refund you the cost of the item and shipping. Packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.
SHIPPING
Tarragona ships worldwide. To find out the cost of shipping, add the items you want into your cart and proceed to checkout until you’ve selected your shipping method. The cost of shipping will update with your order total before you need to enter your payment method information. Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days after purchase, unless an item is made to order. Made to order items may take 1-4 weeks to ship. Tracking number will be sent to your email address on the day of your order being shipped. Any items oversold will be refunded. We ask that you make sure to fill in the correct shipping address before confirming your order. Each order comes with stickers.
